1. Giveaway period
The giveaway runs from September 16 3:00 pm PT to September 18 11:59 pm PT. Winners will be revealed on Monday, September 21. Entries submitted outside this window are not eligible.
2. Eligibility
- Be 18 years or older.
- Have a valid account on the platform where you enter (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, or Discord).
- Have a valid account on the character.ai
- Agree to Character.ai's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and acknowledge Character.ai's Privacy Policy.
- Not be located or residing in a country subject to U.S. government sanctions.
3. What counts as a valid entry
To qualify, an entry must:
- Follow or join the official (c.ai) account on the platform of entry.
- Comment/post your favorite c.ai feature, creator or Character on the giveaway post.
- Submit within the entry window.
- Comply with each platform of entry's rules and Character.ai's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and acknowledge Character.ai's Privacy Policy.
4. Entries per person
One entry per person per platform. You may enter on multiple platforms, but can only win one subscription per person.
5. Prizes
Four (4) free three-month (c.ai+) subscriptions per platform. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Character.ai reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection
Winners will be selected from valid entries at Character.ai’s sole discretion. Winners will be contacted via DM / comment reply on the platform of entry and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Other terms
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, or Discord.
- Character.ai reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway for any reason, including if any issue prevents it from running as planned.
- Entries containing prohibited, infringing, harmful or content violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
- Release: By entering, you agree to release and hold Character.ai harmless from any claim associated with the giveaway.
- Limitation of liability: Character.ai is not responsible for technical errors or issues that prevent entries or participation.
