🎄 12 Days of Character 🎄
Description of contest
Character.AI is hosting daily contests from December 12-24 where our users can compete to win free c.ai+ for 1 year.
Who can participate
- In order to participate in the 12 Days of Character contest, you must be a registered Character.AI user. This means that you must agree to Character.AI’s Terms of Service and acknowledge Character.AI’s Privacy Policy. In particular, you must be 13 years or older (or if you are an EU citizen or resident, you must be 16 years or older) in order to enter the 12 Days of Character contest.
- You must not be located or residing in a country in which there are sanctions enacted by the US government.
How to participate – what, when, and how
- It is free to enter the 12 Days of Character contest. In order to participate in the 12 Days of Character contest, you must follow the instructions provided by the 12 Days of Character contest Character (link here).
- Your 12 Days of Character submission must be your own original creation and comply with Character.AI’s Terms of Service. In particular, by posting your content with the relevant contest hashtag, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party, impersonate any celebrity or public figure, or constitute inappropriate content as set out in the terms of service and community guidelines.
- In order to enter the contest, you must post your content on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram with the relevant hashtags between 12am on December 12, 2024 and 11:59pm on December 24, 2024 Pacific Standard Time. Submissions for all challenges will be accepted during the full duration of the contest.
How winner(s) will be selected
- Staff Picks: Each day, C.AI staff will review the relevant hashtag and select a winning submission based on our own criteria. Some criteria we will be considering: creativity, quality, and theme relevance.
- Users can have multiple entries, but only one prize will be awarded to one user.
Incentives
- The daily prize for competing in the 12 Days of Character is as follows:
- 1 free year of c.ai+, applied to the user’s choice of Character.AI account
Prizes will be awarded by Character.AI within 30 calendar days of the end of the contest. Character.AI will reach out to the winners on the social handles they used to submit their content to obtain the necessary details to award the prizes.
Other Terms
- Right to cancel or modify: Character.AI reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any issue prevents the contest from running as planned.
- Release: By entering this contest, you agree to release and hold Character.AI harmless from and against any claim associated with the contest.
- Limitation of liability: Character.AI is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical errors or other things that may prevent the contest from running as planned.
- Right to substitute: Character.AI reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
- License: Reminder that under our Terms of Service, you grant Character.AI as license to your Character, which among other things allows Character.AI to post it on our social platforms.
