Currently, Character.AI does not support the ability to change, update, or remove the email address associated with your account.
Our team is actively working on secure account management features for the future, but we cannot manually change your email address at this time.
What are my options?
- If you still have access to your original email: Please continue using it to log in via the Email Verification Link option, or use the Continue with Google/Apple buttons if they are linked to that same email address.
- If you lost access to your email or want a new one: You will need to create a brand-new Character.AI account using your new email address. Please note that data, characters, and chat histories cannot be transferred between accounts.
