Age Assurance is being introduced step by step, so the pop-up might not show up for everyone right away.
The age assurance pop-up should show up for most users; just click the link when you see it.
If it doesn’t show up and you want to find it, or if you decide later you want to verify your age, just follow the instructions below:
- On the mobile app: Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Verify Age. If you don’t see this option, make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- On the web: Go to character.ai, then go to Settings -> Advanced -> Verify Age.
