How do I download my data?

You can request a copy of your account data from your profile settings. 
Please note that exports can take 3-4 weeks to process.

On Web

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Click Profile Settings.
3. Click Account.
4. Click Manage Account & Data.
5. Click Export Data.

A pop-up will confirm that you’ll receive an email with a link to download your data.

On the Mobile App

1. Open your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Tap Legal & Privacy.
4. Tap Export Data.

A “Success” banner will appear once your request has been submitted.

What happens next?

• Your export may take 3-4 weeks to complete.
• When it’s ready, we’ll send an email with a download link to the email address associated with your account.
• The link will be valid for 7 days from the time the email is sent, so be sure to download your data before it expires.
